Nicola and Maureen Pietoso, owners of Nicola's, a fine dining Italian restaurant in Over-the-Rhine, are proud to bring a new modern twist to Italian cuisine and the City of Cincinnati with their restaurant Via Vite.
Located directly on Fountain Square in a two-story steel and glass structure, Via Vite adds a creative twist on classic Italian dishes such as wood-fired pizza and spaghetti with Nicola's signature Bolognese sauce. Exclusive gelato flavors made by local gelato maker Madisono's are also offered.
The restaurant also features four distinct menus created by Nicola’s Chef Cristian Pietoso with each one tailored to the time of day. One for lunch, another for happy hour, a third for dinner, and a fourth for late night.
Via Vite creates an atmosphere Cincinnati has yet to see in the restaurant industry with a relaxed and casual environment, outstanding service, high quality food, affordable prices, and live music five nights a week.
